Our Villa Kunterbunt has 2 apartments with a kitchenette and access to the garden.
It is an ideal holiday destination for families and groups located in direct proximity to a beautiful lake (Groß Pönitzer See) and only a few kilometres to the Baltic Sea.
A big garden invites you to play and have fun. Enjoy the view into the garden from your balcony. Have breakfast outside or a BBQ in the evening on the balcony.
Parking is free of charge.
Storage room for bikes, e-bikes and motorbikes.

The apartments have their own private access, no need to share any areas with other guests.
The 3,000 sqm large garden is a communal space for all guests.

If you wish us to do an intermediate cleaning you can add this to your booking for 25€ per bedroom (incl. cleaning and change of sheets).

Dogs at Seaside
A request for all dogs and their fans!
In principle, we dogs are very welcome at Seaside!
Well-mannered dogs that we are we know we have to follow some rules:
- We are absolutely housetrained.
- We have our own bed. Chairs are for the lazy two-legged only.
- We have to be absolutely obedient and don’t bother any of the other guests by barking.
- While ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ are at the restaurant or in the breakfast room, we wait patiently in the room. On request we may be able to go with them if we’re quiet.
- Throughout the house we have to always be accompanied. For ‘mom’ and ‘dad’ not to get lost we better take them on a lead behind us.
- We have to be friendly to those nice ladies coming in to clean our room!
- We should be used to having lots of people and other dogs around.

These are some necessary rules in the interest of everyone involved! They are based on our experience and we hope you understand.
Any damage or extra cleaning may incur an additional charge in addition to the daily fee you pay when you bring a dog.
